Effective November 1, 2025, aLORS membership will be revised.
The contents are as follows.
▼ About member services
If you register as a member, you will receive the latest information on products and events, coupons, etc. by email. First-time members will receive 1,000 points.
▼ Please register for email subscription to receive emails. Even if you have canceled your subscription, you can re-subscribe by editing your account.
▼ About points
1 point = 1 yen, and you can use 1 point at the online store.
Points are awarded only for the product price excluding tax. Even if consumption tax or shipping fees are added to the order amount, they will not be included in the points. Points are awarded when the item is shipped.
The expiration date is one year from the date of issue, and the number of days from the date the points were awarded will be set. You will be notified automatically one week before the expiration date.
In principle, points are not awarded for purchases made outside of the EC site.
How to check your points and stage <br>You can check your available points and stage by logging in to the EC site and clicking "Current points" at the bottom right of the screen. When using points, please enter the points you wish to use on this screen and then proceed with the purchase.
① Once you log in, you can check your current points/member rank at the bottom right of the screen.
② Please enter the number of points you would like to use on this screen and proceed to the purchase process. (In this case, 1,000 points)
③Please confirm that the discount has been applied on the purchase checkout screen before proceeding with your purchase.
Points for your purchase will be awarded once your order has been shipped.
If you cancel or return an item from your order, we will refund the points applied to that item.
